Matthew Muir

Matt has a wide range of experience and expertise assisting clients with real property litigation and complex commercial disputes. He is well versed in handling the tricky issues real property owners face in seeking to exercise their rights while facing opposition from local governments, neighbors, landlords, tenants, or co-owners. He also handles commercial cases including partnership disputes, contract breaches, construction defects, and fraud.

Matt also has significant experience in assisting families resolve difficult problems arising from the aging or death of a loved one, including disputes over guardianships, conservatorships, trusts, and family estates.

Finally, Matt maintains a personal injury practice and has successfully resolved multiple high-dollar injury cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Prior to joining Anderson & Karrenberg, Matt was a shareholder at Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough.
