JOSEPH W. MOXON
Joe Moxon is an experienced and successful litigator, committed to and skilled at negotiating the best outcomes for his clients while posing a credible threat in the courtroom. He has tried more than 20 jury and bench trials to verdict.
Joe primarily practices as a commercial litigation attorney dealing with contract and other business disputes, and as a plaintiff’s attorney in wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and both legal and medical malpractice cases.

Joe is a Veteran of both the Army and the Air Force, where he practiced law as a JAG (military lawyer) and is an Eagle Scout. He currently serves as a JAG in the Utah Air National Guard. Joe is also the Founding Chair of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society’s JAG Chapter.
